​​At Humming minds Tech Services Private Limited, we prioritize your mental health and well-being by offering flexible policies for our consultation and subscription services. Below are the terms and conditions applicable to refunds, cancellations, and subscriptions.

Consultation Sessions

  Payments:

  • All applicable payments must be made in advance to confirm your booking with Humming minds Tech Services Private Limited.

  • Bookings will remain unconfirmed until payment is successfully processed.

  • If accessing Humming minds Tech Services Private Limited through a third party or your organization:

  • Complimentary sessions offered as part of an arrangement will be honored.

  • Beyond the complimentary sessions, bookings will require pre-payment for confirmation.

  • All purchases (sessions or packages) will expire one year from the date of purchase.

   Fee Information

  • The fee per session depends on the selected therapist and type of service.

  • For organizational clients:

  • Complimentary sessions are governed by agreements between Humming minds Tech Services Private Limited and the organization.

  • Any additional sessions will be charged based on individual agreements with the organization and therapist.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Humming minds Tech Services Private limited strives to provide flexibility while ensuring smooth operations. Below are the details of our cancellation and rescheduling policies.

Session Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance:

  • The session can be rescheduled for free.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours and scheduled till the 48 hrs. from the therapy date.

Session Cancellation and Refunds

 Cancellation by the User
  • Users can cancel their session and opt for a refund based on the following conditions: Cancellation made at least 24 hours in advance:

  • 100% Refund or full session credit in your Humming minds Tech Services Private Limited account.

  • Options for users:

  • Book a new session at the time of cancellation.

  • Retain session credits (valid for one year).

  • Request a refund to the original payment method by contacting support@hummingminds.com.

  • Cancellation made within 24 hours:

  • No refund will be provided.

 Cancellation by the Therapist
  • If a therapist cancels a session, users will:

  • Receive session credit valid for one year.

  • Alternatively, request a cash refund to the original payment method.

  • If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of credit expiry, users will get an additional 30 days to use the session credit.

 Technical Issues or Delays

  • If a session is incomplete due to technical issues on Humming minds' end, users can contact Hummingmindstech@gmail.com for review.

  • Refunds for technical issues will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Session Packages

Humming minds Tech services private limited  offers multi-session packages for added convenience and savings. Refunds on packages are governed by the following:

  Cancellation of Packages

  • Refunds can only be initiated on the entire package not for the unused portion of the package.

  • Refunds for completed sessions will be calculated based on the next highest applicable package, ensuring the user receives the best possible price per session.

  Conditions for Package Cancellation

  • Sessions already booked under the package must be completed or canceled before initiating a refund for the package.

  • Refunds for packages will be processed within 14 working days.

 Subscription Policy

  Humming minds Tech Services Private Limited provides premium plans for self-help and professional support services. The       following terms apply:

 Subscription Types and Billing

  • Subscriptions are available in monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.

  • Payments are required at the start of the billing cycle:

  • Monthly Plan: Charged every month.

  • Quarterly Plan: Charged every 3 months.

  • Annual Plan: Charged once per year.

  • Subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled through your payment platform (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store).

 Introductory Discounts and Free Trials

  • Discounts are valid for the first billing cycle only. Regular pricing applies for subsequent cycles.

  • Free trials are offered once per user and are not applicable to professional support plans.

 Cancellation of Subscriptions

  • Users can cancel subscriptions anytime through their app store platform.

  • Refunds for subscriptions, if eligible, will be processed by Google Play or Apple App Store as per their policies.

 Service Dissatisfaction:

  • If a user is dissatisfied with the quality of a paid service, they may contact Hummingmindstech@gmail.com(+91 6265955300)  within a reasonable timeframe to discuss their concerns. Refunds, if applicable, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 Changes to Refund Policy:

 Humming minds Tech Services Private Limited reserves the right to modify, add, or remove provisions from the refund policy without prior   notice.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-14 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method unless otherwise requested.

  • Users are encouraged to review the refund status by contacting Hummingmindstech@gmail.com.

General Provisions

  • Humming minds Tech Services Private Limited reserves the right to modify policies without prior notice.

  • Users are encouraged to check the latest terms and conditions on the website.
