About Therapist
Hello, I’m Miriam Koshy, an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist trained at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore. I offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and personal challenges.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, grief, and relationship concerns. My goal is to support clients in developing self-awareness, building healthier coping strategies, and creating meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
