Hello! I’m Avni, a counselling psychologist. I create a safe space for people to explore their thoughts, feelings and challenges. My work focuses on emotions, stress, self esteem, relationships, trauma, and queer identities.
I believe that mental healthcare is not just for times of crisis. It is also an important part of self-care. In today’s fast-paced world, my goal is to provide a space for people to pause and reflect on what is actually happening. Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate. I believe that each individual has the potential for growth. Appropriate support can give them a gentle push in the right direction. With a client-centered approach, my focus is on helping people achieve their goals in a way that is meaningful and sustainable.
